It is that time of year when being with your significant other is of upmost importance.  The holidays always remind me of how special my loved ones are.  To show your significant other just how special they are you can take them on a date which is intimate and filled with bright lights.

Cenare’s is an Italian restaurant which will provide a romantic atmosphere for you and your date.  Cenare’s is located on University drive across from Fox and Hound. 

Since it is Christmas time the next logical step of the date is to go and look at the lights strung throughout Central Park, which is located on Krenek Tap.  Oh yeah, did I mention that it was free too?  However, before heading out to walk or drive through the park you need something to keep warm.  A cup of hot chocolate from one of the many Starbucks locations around town should provide you with the warmth to make it through the park. 

If Central Park does not have enough voltage for you, you can continue the date by traveling to the many neighborhoods throughout the twin cities and partake in the lights strung up by families.  This date should provide you with a romantic atmosphere and hopefully your loved one will realize just how much you care for them.  Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
